Orders & Delivery
What time are meals delivered?
All meals are delivered between 6–9 AM daily, chilled and ready to eat. We cover all areas across the UAE including free zones, business parks, and residential communities.
How quickly can I start receiving meals?
Place your order before 8 PM and your first delivery arrives the next business day. No waiting period, no setup fees.
Can I skip a delivery day?
Yes. You can skip, pause, or reschedule deliveries directly from your dashboard up to 8 PM the night before.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
We deliver 7 days a week including UAE public holidays. You can choose to receive meals only on weekdays if preferred.

Meal Plans & Nutrition
Can I swap ingredients or exclude allergens?
Yes. During signup you can flag allergens, dislikes, and dietary restrictions. Our kitchen team adjusts your meals accordingly each week.
How are calories and macros calculated?
Our certified sports nutritionists design each plan with precise calorie brackets (1,200–3,000 kcal) and balanced macros tailored to your goal — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance.
Will this actually help me lose weight?
Our plans are designed by certified sports nutritionists with precise calorie and macro targets. Clients lose an average of 4–6 kg in their first month when following the recommended plan.
Can I switch plans mid-subscription?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between weight loss, muscle gain, and keto plans at any time from your dashboard.

Billing & Subscriptions
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
No contracts. Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly billing. You can skip days, swap plans, or cancel entirely from your dashboard at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a refund policy?
If you’re unsatisfied with a meal, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll either replace it or credit your account — no questions asked.

Quality & Safety
How is this different from other meal delivery services?
Unlike competitors, we never freeze or batch-cook meals days in advance. Every dish is prepared fresh the same morning it’s delivered, using premium locally sourced ingredients.
What certifications does your kitchen hold?
Our kitchen is HACCP-certified, ISO 22000 compliant, and holds full UAE food safety licenses. We undergo regular third-party audits.
Where do you source ingredients?
We partner with UAE’s top-grade suppliers for organic produce, grass-fed proteins, and sustainable seafood. All ingredients are traceable and quality-checked daily.
